You are invited to be part of a research study. The researcher is a Doctoral Learner.
As you know, nurses across the world dedicate to ensuring that all patients under their care are secure and satisfactory. The goal is to make the difference and bettering the services towards the patients.
You are being asked to participate in a Face-to-Face interview. The focus of this research will be based on the objective of determining the Registered Nurses perceptions on the level of patient care in relation to the organizational management of clinical staffing levels to assure appropriate care at Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital.
If you agree to be part of this research, you will have the opportunity to contact the researcher directly, Yolanda Wright (Doctoral Learner ), who will then schedule a date and time for the interview. The face-to-face interview will include a series of demographic questions that will help identify characteristics of the survey participants. It will take about 30 minutes to complete the face-to-face interview. Your responses will be kept confidential.
Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital will receive aggregate results of this survey, which may be used to respond to areas of concern. In no way will your individual responses be revealed; all findings are reported as a group. Ultimately, this study results will be presented to interested stakeholders in an effort to affect change and/or influence current policy regarding the nursing workforce in both your organization and many others.
You will suffer NO negative consequences if you choose not to take this survey or choose not to complete it once you begin. All data will be reported in group findings and in no way will individual responses be revealed. Taking part in this study is completely voluntary. We appreciate your time and consideration.
