Business process improvement (BPI) is a systematic approach to help an organization optimize its underlying processes to achieve more effective and efficient results. It is about reducing cycle time and/or cost of processes, improvement of product to service quality and reliability and increasing revenue created by the processes.

The organization you work in has a problem with one of it score business processes and the management is concerned that the business process is not achieving its goals and objectives and key customers are not satisfied. As the Organizational Development Manager, you are required to advise and guide the process owner in analyzing and improving the existing business process.

Prepare a detailed report for the process owner to enable him to carry out and implement the required business process improvement project successfully. You need to apply all the knowledge that you have learned from the module in order for you to complete your report.
